PALM SUNDAY

Sunday, March 29 at 10a

This service leads us into Holy Week as we walk step by step with Jesus through the week of his passion. Sunday service starts in the Rise Church garden. We'll have palm branches for everyone and we'll sing and process into the church as a way of embodying the story of Jesus' triumphal entry into Jerusalem.   Parents, children will join the palm procession and then parents can check their children into Rise Kids after singing the opening song together.

MIXED-MEDIA STATIONS OF THE CROSS ART EXHIBIT

Thursday, April 2; Open from 12-7:30pm

Friday, April 3; Open from 12-6:30pm

Artists from Rise Church have spent the season of Lent reflecting on a station and have created art (photography, sculpture, assemblage, songwriting, poetry, prose) that is designed to lead you in meditation on Jesus' journey from the Garden of Gethsemane to his burial in the tomb. Grab a friend or bring your family and spend time in adoration of Jesus' immense sacrifice that brings us life. The Stations are open from noon-7:30pm (Thursday) and Noon-6:30pm (Friday) for you to pray and experience at your own pace. The stations begin at the front door of Rise Church.

If you have kids, Craig and Anna will be curating an interactive family tour of the Stations of the Cross for children and families on Thursday from 5:30-6:30pm and Friday from 5:30-6:30pm.
